Geraldine Davies
Senior AdviserGeraldine first joined the company in 2009 to lead the executive search practice before being appointed as Chairman. Following the company becoming an employee owned business in 2023 she became a senior adviser to the Board. Prior to joining Ellwood Atfield she spent 16 years in senior communication roles including Director of Corporate Communications for Lloyds TSB Group and Director of Corporate Relations at Prudential Plc, where she was a member of the Group Executive Committee.
In 2005 Geraldine joined the executive search profession as a partner at Whitehead Mann and then The Willis Partnership. As a headhunter she has worked with organisations ranging from FTSE 100 companies to regulators, government departments, and Higher Education institutions. Geraldine has an MA in Modern History from Oxford.
