Her career began in Consumer PR, with roles at both boutique and global brand PR agencies, including Revolver Communications and Ketchum. She made the move into communications recruitment in 2004 and has handled both permanent and interim roles across all communications disciplines. She found her niche as a specialist interim headhunter and has particular expertise in the area of internal and change communications.
Rachel graduated in English Language & Literature from the University of Liverpool. Away from headhunting she is happiest having adventures with her young daughter, strolling around art galleries or drinking real ale in an old man’s pub.
