A leading property and development company is hiring a new Internal Communications Manager

The opportunity

A leading property and development company is looking for an Internal Communications Manager to deliver the operation elements of its Internal Communications Strategy as the company continues to grow. Reporting to the Group Internal Communications Manager, this role will oversee the day-to-day activity across the UK and the group.

Key responsibilities 

  • Manager the organisations internal communications timetable to ensue all internal communications are aligned to relevant internal channels. 
  • Over see the daily internal communications activity, including the weekly company newsletter and company intranet
  • Ensure all content is aligned to the agreed communications principles and business priorities
  • Advise and coach the senior leadership on best internal communications practice 
  • Establish and monitor appropriate metrics to measure outputs and outcomes against the required business objectives

Key skills required

  • Previous experience of managing internal communications either inhouse or in agency
  • Prior experience of managing governance channels, including intranet, global emails, weekly newsletters and ‘townhall’ style briefings
  • Excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills with an ability to story-tell
  • Excellent internal stakeholder relations skills with the propose of gathering compelling content that aligns to messaging.
