The Opportunity

As a Senior Researcher, You will have the opportunity to spearhead individual projects from initiation to delivery. This role involves conducting research, managing project plans, and leading stakeholder engagement, shaping impactful work that influences health policy at various levels.

Main Responsibilities

  • Take overall responsibility for specific projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery while maintaining quality client liaison.
  • Ensure high-quality outputs, thoroughly researched, well-written, and formatted in line with the organisation's Style Guide and Quality Standards.
  • Oversee and support junior team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality research outputs.
  • Develop and deploy dissemination plans for project outputs, including targeted stakeholder outreach.

Experience Required

  • Experience working on health policy, public health, or related field.
  • Experience in leading research projects, preferably in a consultancy environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
