The Opportunity:
The opportunity to join a prominent Membership Body as their new Communications Assistant.
Responsibilities:
Setting up and sending out regular emails to the bodies 70k+ Members
Scheduling social media posts, and reporting on social media metrics
Updating and uploading content onto our company website
Sharing content internally with staff via SharePoint
Monitoring departmental email inboxes and sharing out work accordingly
Styling up documents in company branding (ie powerpoints, reports)
Supporting the delivery of company events
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent attention to detail
A clear interest in and or experience of using a variety of digital communication channels
Strong organisational skills
Good time management
