Head of Marketing

Ashleigh was nearly a forensic scientist, all set for a life of analysis before she realised she was more a people, than a lab, person. She combines her love of data-based experiments and creativity to head up the marketing function.

She has 20 years’ marketing experience, working in startups and corporates.

She co-launched one of the earliest UK digital recruitment platforms focusing on the marketing sector, which sold to Centaur Media. She was part of the team that launched the Hiscox Direct brand into the UK market, and helped a Recruitment Process Outsourcer grow and exit in 2014.

Ashleigh understands the complexities of developing a standout, modern recruitment brand, and has the experience and vision to drive profitable growth.

She holds a Chartered Institute of Marketing post-grad diploma, and a BSc in Human Biology from Kings College London.
