Carol Freeman

Carol specialises headhunting public affairs and policy recruitment. She started her career in the charitable sector campaigning on issues related to human trafficking and gender-based violence. Carol then moved into Parliament where she worked as a political adviser and researcher for two backbench MPs and a Secretary of State.

Carol is a self-described political geek and enjoys nothing more than a passionate debate on current affairs. She has a particular interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) and has founded a campaign to get more girls to take up these subjects at school.

Carol is also a director of the South African Chamber of Commerce and a founder of the Lean In Westminster circle.

She was born and raised in South Africa where she studied Law and Politics at Rhodes University.
