Rachel leads on headhunting assignments for associations and NGOs. As a former Vice President of Kellen Europe, Rachel’s 20-year career has centred on the optimal interest representation of complex organisations towards decision making authorities.
Her clients include international and EU business associations, civil society organisations and think tanks operating in highly challenging policy environments.
As a guest lecturer at the College of Europe, and Adjunct Professor at Vesalius College, Brussels, Rachel has combined academic and business platforms to identify innovation and best practice in public affairs and lobbying.
She completed her PhD on the accountability of business associations in the EU policy process in October 2014.
Rachel manages the Association Leadership Academy, a unique training centre for association professionals.
A self-confessed governance geek, Rachel is a British national, and speaks French and Italian.
