Ellwood Atfield is working with a leading regulator in the professional services sector to find a Head of Stakeholder Engagement for an 18-month, fixed-term contract. This senior leadership role offers the chance to shape and lead the stakeholder engagement strategy at a key regulatory organisation. You'll work closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure that stakeholder views inform regulatory decisions while enhancing the organisation’s visibility and influence in the UK.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead and implement a stakeholder engagement strategy to inform regulatory policy development.
- Foster and maintain relationships with policymakers and domestic stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver high-impact programmes of engagement.
- Act as a deputy to the Director of Stakeholder Engagement when required.
- Communicate key stakeholder insights across the organisation to shape strategic decisions.
Key Skills and Experience
- Proven track record in leading strategic stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Comprehensive understanding of the UK financial regulatory environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience influencing at senior levels.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across the public and private sectors.
- Experience working with international standard-setters and regulators.
