Policy and Data Analyst (12 Month FTC)
The Opportunity
The Organisation:
Our client is a UK based membership organisation based in central London with a focus on the education sector.
Main responsibilities:
The Policy and Data Analyst will support in creating policy solutions using their analysis of the latest developments and understanding of the political environment.
The successful applicant will work as part of a team in manipulating and analysing quantitative data, and communicating their findings to thought leaders.
Policy advisers have strong influencing skills and will be working on multiple projects at any one time and an interest in public policy.

Experience Required:
- Experience of manipulating datasets using formulae and other methods in tools such as Microsoft Excel
- Ability to present and interpret quantitative data, drawing out insight and key findings.
- Ability to understand the wider policy environment, identify the motivations and needs of different stakeholders, and the policy issues.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to tailor communications and explain findings from quantitative analysis to a wide range of audiences.
Benefits:
- Salary banding: £42,000-48,000
- Hybrid working (2 days per week in Central London Office)
- 12 month FTC
