Senior Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Manager – Regulatory Reform
The Opportunity

About the team
Regulatory Reform will modernise the legislative framework that underpins how the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) regulates nursing and midwifery professionals across the UK. The programme will help create a more flexible, effective and future-focused regulatory model, enabling the NMC to respond more quickly to the changing needs of the professions, the health and care system, and the public it is there to protect.
The Communications and Engagement Directorate plays a critical role in ensuring colleagues, professionals, stakeholders, parliamentarians and partners understand the vision for reform, the benefits it will bring and the impact it will have on the NMC, nursing and midwifery professionals and the public.
This is a unique opportunity to play a significant role in helping to shape the story of the NMC’s regulatory reform journey.
