Jo has extensive experience of leading commercial, talent and operations functions within and outside of the recruitment and communications sectors – including roles with leading global search firms and a major UK PR consultancy. Her remit at Ellwood Atfield will cover internal recruitment, talent management and operations at a critical time as the business continues to thrive and grow.
