The Opportunity
As an Account Director, you’ll provide strategic leadership across high-profile consumer accounts, ensuring work is both creatively outstanding and commercially strong. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients and a fair, forward-thinking leader to your team, while helping shape the agency’s ambitious growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead client relationships and set the creative and strategic direction.
- Inspire, support and manage account teams to deliver award-winning work.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities.
- Oversee budgets, profitability and resource planning.
- Play a key role in nurturing agency culture and long-term growth.

- Significant agency experience in consumer PR at mid to senior level.
- Proven track record of leading high-profile, award-winning campaigns.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive growth.
