Working within the Communications team, you will play a key role in the execution of internal and external communications, ensuring organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and key stakeholders.
Key working relations: All stakeholders (internal and external)
Main responsibilities
- Develop, create and edit content for a variety of communication channels, such as intranet, digital channels and internal communication events.
- Create high-quality content (written, visual, and multimedia) and manage content calendar to support corporate initiatives.
- Plan and co-ordinate internal events, as well as manage the intranet to ensure global employees remain informed and engaged.
- Become a brand advocate, aiding in the creation of presentations and branded merchandise to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Build and maintain a content calendar that supports the delivery of diverse streams of content and events across all channels and global locations.
- Utilise audience insights and analytics to enhance internal communications, channel selection, content calendar, and messaging with the goal of continuous improvement.
Key skills and experience required
- Strong experience in internal communications, content strategy and implementation.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Experience or interest in the energy or oil & gas sector preferred, or a multinational environment.
- Experience managing a variety of communication channels.
- Ambitious, collaborative, open-minded and dynamic.
- Another spoken language is a plus.
