The Opportunity

Main Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth — from identifying opportunities and leading pitches to converting prospects and expanding relationships.
- Lead key client accounts, delivering strategic public affairs advice and campaigns.
- Act as a senior representative of the agency, building profile and presence across key industry and political networks.
- Deliver integrated campaigns across public affairs, stakeholder engagement, reputation management, and thought leadership.
- Mentor and support the development of the wider team, fostering a high-performance, commercially minded culture.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on agency positioning, growth strategy, and service development.
Key Skills and Experience Required
- Strong credentials in growth with an impressive track record of new business wins under their belt.
- Extensive experience in public affairs, ideally with agency experience to demonstrate skills in business development, client leadership, and commercial delivery.
- A strong network of political, regulatory, media, or industry contacts — and confidence engaging at a senior level.
- Strategic thinker with strong political judgement and excellent communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and appetite for growth, both personally and for the business.
- Collaborative, driven, and energised by working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
