We are partnering with a privately owned firm in the downstream Oil and Gas sector to recruit a Group Content Communications Manager. You will play a key role in creating and overseeing engaging content across a variety of communication channels to strengthen the company’s brand and reputation. This position encompasses internal and external communications, social media oversight, and content strategy, with a focus on effectively connecting with stakeholders, employees, customers, and the general public.
Main responsibilities
- Managing communications across multiple digital platforms with different audience expectations.
- Develop and execute content strategies that enhance the company's external reputation.
- Develop engaging content for employees, including managing production of fortnightly newsletter, intranet updates.
- Develop and implement social media content strategies to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Manage corporate social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
- Create high-quality content (written, visual, and multimedia) and manage content calendar to support corporate initiatives.
Key skills and experience required
- Proven experience in corporate communications, content strategy and implementation
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Experience in the energy or oil & gas sectors
- Experience working in a global or international organisation is desirable
- Experience managing corporate social media platforms and digital content strategies
- Ambitious, collaborative, open-minded and dynamic.
- Business-level proficiency in French is desirable but not essential
