Head of Service Business Development
The Opportunity
Are you passionate about shaping the future of digital health? We're looking for a strategic business development leader to spearhead partnerships and drive innovation across a suite of health-focused services in a leading consumer tech environment.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on growing the footprint of a high-impact mobile health platform - working across verticals like digital wellbeing, preventive care and smart health monitoring. You'll identify and close strategic partnerships, shape go-to-market strategies within the healthcare sector and influence product innovation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving the commercial growth and user adoption of mobile health services
- Leading commercial negotiations and owning the business development roadmap
- Collaborating cross-functionally across the wider organisation, guiding teams on how to engage credibly with public and private healthcare
- Help define use cases and narrative for health applications and help drive adoption with healthcare stakeholders
- Defining market entry and expansion plans in the UK
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in strategic partnerships or business development, ideally in digital health, consumer tech, or wellness sectors
- A strong knowledge of and deep background in NHS and healthcare sector, to know how to unlock growth across health service offerings.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of closing impactful deals
- Passion for digital health, preventative care, or consumer wellbeing
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, matrixed environments
- A visionary mindset with the ability to execute
If you also bring a background in finance, that’s a strong plus as you’ll be able to support wider service growth across health and financial service verticals, including insurance and payments innovation.
