About the Role


We are looking for a highly experienced Partner to join a leading agency. This is a senior leadership role for a proven commercial leader with a strong track record in managing and growing £1m+ business portfolios within the corporate communications or public affairs sectors.

 

The Opportunity


As Partner, you will:

  • Lead and grow a portfolio of corporate affairs clients, owning £1m+ revenue and delivering consistent profitability.
  • Win new business by leveraging your strong network and commercial insight.
  • Shape and execute strategic communications programs that influence policy, reputation, and stakeholder engagement for major blue-chip clients.
  • Act as a trusted senior advisor to clients, building long-term partnerships at board level.
  • Drive team performance and contribute to the overall growth and culture of the agency.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a profitable corporate affairs business portfolio of £1m+.
  • Lead new business development efforts, identifying opportunities and leading pitches.
  • Deliver high-quality, impactful corporate communications or public affairs strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at senior and executive levels.
  • Mentor and develop senior team members to strengthen capability and retention.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape agency direction and commercial strategy.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Significant experience leading corporate affairs or public affairs client portfolios worth £1m+ revenue.
  • Proven success in winning and growing business with strong commercial acumen.
  • Deep understanding of corporate affairs, government relations, and stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional client relationship skills, comfortable advising C-suite executives.
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities.
  • Track record of driving agency growth and contributing to culture and strategy.
