About the Role
We are supporting the appointment of a Senior Associate to join the growing Health and Life Sciences practice. This team provides strategic advice to clients across the pharmaceutical sector, health technology providers, and the wider health, social care, and life sciences industries.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality policy analysis and strategic counsel, helping clients to understand and respond to complex health policy and regulatory landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and provide analysis on a wide range of health and life sciences policy issues.
- Manage client relationships and lead the delivery of projects, including retained and ad hoc work.
- Produce high-quality written outputs, including policy papers, briefings, reports, and thought leadership.
- Support business development by identifying new opportunities and contributing to growth strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues across policy, communications, and sector teams.
Candidate Profile
- 4-5+ years’ experience in health policy, with a background in government, NHS bodies, public affairs, think tanks, consultancies, or industry.
- Strong knowledge of UK healthcare policy-making; experience in life sciences or health tech policy is desirable.
- Excellent writing, research and analytical skills.
- Strong project management abilities and client-handling experience.
- Confident communicator with experience presenting in person and virtually.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how regulation shapes business strategy.
- Proactive, motivated, and passionate about improving health and life sciences policy.
