Senior Manager, Corporate Communications, 12-month FTC

The opportunity
Our client, a sports company which is one of the biggest names in its field, is looking for an experienced corporate communications manager to join on a 12-month maternity cover from December 2025. The postholder will report to the Director of Corporate Communications and focus on three key areas of activity: brand, licensing and sustainability.
Main responsibilities
- Manage brand communications across mainstream media in line with agreed priorities and objectives
- Manage licensing communications and media engagement programmes around key activations and product launches
- Deliver a communications roadmap for priority licensing partners to maximise brand comms opportunities
- Manage sustainability communications around key milestones, announcements, reports, calendar moments and speaking opportunities. Support the team on sustainability messaging for partners where required
- Manage the influencer programme to drive brand awareness and support key commercial objectives.
Skills and experience required
- Proven experience working with top tier media, influencers and talent, with existing relationships in the lifestyle, entertainment and news space
- Experience managing key spokespeople, including messaging and briefing management
- A team player, able to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively and professionally
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Great organisational skills, very confident managing multiple workstreams.
