It offers a friendly, supportive culture and a growing presence across regional offices. We are open to looking at candidates at Account Manager and Senior Account Manager level.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a growing Health practice ata pivotal moment. Working across pharma, medtech and life sciences accounts,you will play a key role in delivering UK public affairs and integrated communications programmes.
You will support high-profile client work spanning parliamentary engagement, stakeholder relations, policy development and digital campaigns. With clear progression opportunities, this role offers the chance to develop your expertise within a collaborative and ambitious team environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day delivery across healthcare accounts, ensuring high-quality output and client satisfaction
- Support the development and execution of UK public affairs and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Draft policy briefings, consultation responses, stakeholder maps, thought leadership and campaign materials
- Monitor political and policy developments and provide timely insight to clients
- Build and maintain relationships with Parliamentarians, NHS stakeholders, patient groups and industry bodies
- Contribute to new business activity and support the growth of the agency’s expanding pharma offer
- Collaborate with colleagues across communications, digital and policy disciplines
- Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a positive and high-performing team culture
Skills & Experience
- Experience in healthcare public affairs, within an agency or consultancy is essential
- Knowledge of UK health policy, parliamentary processes and the wider political landscape
- Experience working with pharmaceutical and/or medtech clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and persuasive materials
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively
- Confident stakeholder engagement skills and developing client management capability
- A proactive, collaborative approach and interest in contributing to a growing specialist team
