The Opportunity

‍

This is a leadership role at the heart of a fast-growing specialism. As number two to the Head of the team, you will help shape the strategic direction, oversee flagship partnerships, and deliver award-winning campaigns across a portfolio of household names. The remit spans brand strategy, earned media, partnerships, and integrated activations across multiple markets.

Main Responsibilities

‍

• Lead day-to-day client relationships across major sports and brand accounts
• Oversee development and delivery of creative, integrated PR campaigns
• Provide senior counsel on sponsorship strategy, brand positioning, and partnership activation
• Manage and mentor a talented team, ensuring delivery to the highest standard
• Contribute to business growth through new business support and sector insight
• Work closely with the global network to ensure cross-market collaboration and consistency
• Champion innovation, data-driven storytelling, and measurable impact

Skills & Experience

‍

• Proven senior-level experience in sports communications, PR, or brand partnerships
• Strong client-handling credentials with high-profile, consumer-facing brands
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex programmes
• Excellent strategic thinking, with confidence advising senior stakeholders
• Demonstrable success in building relationships and growing key accounts
• Passion for sport and understanding of its commercial and cultural landscape
• Experience in an agency environment, ideally within a global or integrated set-up
