As Brand Marketing Manager, you will lead the organisation’s brand marketing strategy and execution, building awareness, credibility, and market preference across priority audiences. You will create and deliver top and mid-funnel campaigns that support new products, vertical market expansion, and long-term brand growth across both the core business and new business acceleration initiatives.

This is a highly collaborative role where you will work closely with Product, Sales, Performance Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to bring brand narratives to life across multiple channels. You will play a key role in establishing market positioning, strengthening category leadership, and building the foundation for measurable commercial growth.

Main responsibilities

  • Own the organisation’s brand marketing strategy, roadmap, and execution aligned to strategic priorities, core business growth, and new market expansion.
  • Lead top and mid-funnel campaign strategy and delivery across new propositions, vertical markets, enterprise segments, and category positioning initiatives.
  • Translate brand strategy and value propositions into compelling messaging frameworks, campaign territories, and evidence-led storytelling.
  • Deliver integrated brand-led campaigns that drive awareness and consideration across digital, trade, paid, and earned channels.
  • Own always-on brand activity including thought leadership, market education, and credibility-building campaigns.
  • Partner closely with Product, Growth, Sales, Content, and Creative teams to ensure alignment between brand messaging and commercial priorities.
  • Support campaign execution through clear briefing, stakeholder management, and collaboration with Brand & Creative Studio teams.
  • Track and report on brand and upper-funnel performance including awareness, engagement, message cut-through, and share of voice.


Key skills and experience required

  • Strong expertise in B2B brand marketing and upper-funnel campaign strategy.
  • Proven ability to build awareness and consideration campaigns for complex products, propositions, or technical services.
  • Strong narrative development, positioning, and messaging capability.
  • Experience launching new products, propositions, or vertical market campaigns.
  • Understanding of how brand and upper-funnel activity supports down streamdemand generation and lead conversion.
  • Experience within telecoms, digital infrastructure, or closely related sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management, prioritisation, and campaign delivery skills within fast-paced environments.
