If you are energised by building brands through compelling storytelling, strategic content, and high-performing social channels, this role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact. This organisation is at the forefront of UK digital infrastructure, delivering connectivity solutions that support customers, landlords, and partners across the telecoms ecosystem.

As Content & Digital Communications Lead, you will own and evolve the organisation’s content marketing and organic social strategy, helping shape how the business communicates across digital channels. You will play a central role in building a scalable always-on content engine that strengthens brand credibility, increases engagement, and supports measurable demand creation across both the core business and new growth propositions.

This is a highly collaborative and fast-moving environment where creativity, strategic thinking, and strong execution are genuinely valued. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, support executive visibility, and create content that influences audiences across the industry.

Main responsibilities

  • Own the organisation’s LinkedIn and organic social strategy, driving corporate visibility, thought leadership, proposition education, and growth campaign engagement.
  • Build and manage an always-on social publishing engine, including content series, campaign amplification, publishing cadence, and community engagement strategy.
  • Create high-performing digital content optimised for LinkedIn and other social platforms, using strong storytelling, audience insight, and clear calls-to-action.
  • Support CEO and senior leadership visibility through executive content drafting, voice adaptation, and strategic narrative alignment.
  • Partner closely with Studio, Corporate Communications, and wider marketing teams to deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns and standout creative content.
  • Monitor and optimise social and content performance, using insight and analytics to continuously improve engagement, audience growth, and downstream campaign impact.

Key skills and experience required

  • Deep expertise in LinkedIn, B2B digital content marketing, and organic social growth strategies.
  • Strong understanding of content performance, audience engagement, and algorithm-informed publishing best practice.
  • Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics into engaging and commercially impactful content.
  • Experience building scalable content programmes, repeatable publishing rhythms, and executive thought leadership content.
  • Proven success growing LinkedIn engagement and visibility for B2B brands and/or senior leadership teams..
  • Experience within telecoms, digital infrastructure, or closely related sectors is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across marketing, communications, and senior stakeholder groups in a fast-paced environment.
