The opportunity:
The Head of Key Client Accounts and New Business Development is responsible for building and managing our client's most strategic relationships within corporate organisations. The successful candidate will lead the team to drive growth, deepen engagement, and ensure a coordinated approach to maximising value and influence within priority accounts, whilst also driving new business growth.
As a key member of the Regions and Business Development management team, the successful candidate will be expected to contribute collaboratively to the delivery of the organisational strategy, working closely with colleagues to ensure that key clients receive a best-in-class customer experience.
Experience required:
- Extensive experience of B2B business development leadership and strategic client relationship management, with demonstrable commercial acumen across sales, networking, lead generation, negotiation and contract management.
- Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term, trusted relationships at senior levels.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a self-motivated, proactive and positive attitude and the ability to balance workload to meet stretching targets.
- A detailed understanding of the professional services or finance sector.

Benefits:
- Salary banding: £83,000– £98,000, dependent on experience
- Remote working - must be able to travel regularly to London and across the UK
