The Opportunity

This is a pivotal hire: a Senior Account Director who willact as a right hand to the Founder and play a central role in scaling the business. You will lead from the front - pitching, winning and growing client relationships - while shaping how the agency evolves.

The role requires confidence, commercial instinct and thehunger to build. You will thrive in a fast-moving environment where social is brave, immediate and always evolving.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow senior client relationships across major consumer brands
  • Drive new business activity, from chemistry meetings to pitch delivery and conversion
  • Shape strategic responses that reflect a deep understanding of social-first thinking
  • Partner closely with the Founder to scale the agency sustainably and ambitiously
  • Provide confident counsel to clients, reading the room and adapting approach accordingly
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to deliver standout, culturally relevant work
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts and increase revenue streams
  • Lead the team and mentor juniors

 

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience at Account Director level and above within a social or integrated agency
  • Strong track record of pitching, winning and growing accounts
  • Commercially astute, with a hunger to scale a business and drive revenue
  • Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and energise a team
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort working in a small, fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, culture and emerging trends
  • Resilient, adaptable and motivated by building something ambitious
