Main Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an insight-driven employee communications strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape leadership communications, using data and employee insight to drive effective engagement.
• Create clear, compelling communications that build understanding of business strategy, progress, and employee impact.
• Lead communications for culture, change, and organisational initiatives, building commitment and capability.
• Support crisis and issues communications, advising senior stakeholders on employee engagement.
• Collaborate with corporate communications, marketing, and digital teams to deliver coordinated campaigns.
• Measure and evaluate communications effectiveness, using insight to continuously improve activity.

Key Skills and Experience Required

‍

• Extensive experience in employee or corporate communications within a complex, global organisation.
• Investment Banking experience
• Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders with confidence and credibility.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including translating complex topics into engaging narratives.
• Experience delivering communications that support business strategy, culture, and change.
• Strong analytical and planning skills, with a data-led approach to decision- making.
• Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at pace.
• Collaborative leadership style, effective in global, matrixed environments.
• Strong judgement, integrity, and understanding of risk and governance.
