Catherine began developmental coaching after a successful career in corporate affairs, working on the Executive Committees of three FTSE 100 plcs.

Catherine has served as Corporate Affairs Director on the Executive Committees of RELX plc, Centrica plc and SABMiller plc, and is an expert on building an engaging corporate culture, talent development, team structure and succession planning.

Additionally, in her role as a coach, she works with individuals in leadership roles, helping them address developmental challenges and specific goals to increase their effectiveness, and capabilities as a leader.
