The Arts & Heritage sector has traditionally been seen as quite serious, engaging with its core audience in a very static way. The challenge faced now is to adapt to a more dynamic environment, presenting new ideas such as museum lates, to engage with a non-traditional audience and to maintain that engagement through changing messages and focus.
