High street retailer requires urgent PR & corporate communications support for around 2-4 months.
This high profile retail business needs to recruit an Interim Senior Corporate Communications Manager to join them ASAP for up to 3-4 months. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, this role is an integral member of the corporate communications team. It will focus on creating and delivering impactful and innovative communications and PR campaigns, which promote the company's values and corporate responsibility plans which sit at the heart of the business strategy. The role will also support the wider communications team across brand and product PR.
Key accountabilities include:
- Development and delivery of the PR and communications agenda for the sustainability plan
- Creation and delivery of proactive campaigns across consumer and corporate channels
- Lead on opportunities for cross values campaigns
- Promotion and protection of the company's reputation and core values
- Company spokesperson
Suitable candidates will demonstrate excellent corporate and consumer PR and communications expertise, with proven media and comms experience gained within retail, FMCG or 'big brands' sectors. Your previous experience will include the management of integrated campaigns, and you will ideally have proven expertise in leading CSR communications activity. This interim role is based in Central London and must start within the next 2-3 weeks.
