Interim Internal Communications Officer for one of the UK's largest private hospitals.
Reporting to the PR & Communications Manager, as Internal Communications Officer you will be responsible for implementing the hospital's internal communications strategy, working with the marketing team and relevant hospital departments.
You will produce innovative and interesting content for a range of channels such as the:
- Employee intranet
- Email bulletins
- Monthly employee magazine
- Patient newsletter, GP newsletter, Embassy newsletter, Leadership development e-newsletter and Consultant e-newsletter
In addition to managing the various existing internal channels, you will identify new channels for communicating with employees using digital and social media tools, ensuring organisational objectives and initiatives are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.
Finally. Working closely with the External Communications Officer, you will ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages - especially in response to crisis situations which affect organisational perception and reputation.
