Exciting Internal Communications opportunity with a global FMCG company

The opportunity

Ellwood Atfield is delighted to share an excellent opportunity to work for a global FMCG company. They are looking to hire an Internal Communications Manager to join their busy Corporate Affairs and Sustainability team to develop and deliver an engaging and impactful internal communications programme that helps employees feel connected, informed and motivated.

Main responsibilities
 

  • Support/lead on key internal communications projects (E.g. sustainability comms, change management) as required, working with teams from across the business
  • Effectively brief and manage internal communications agency and other third-party resources such as translation and design agencies
  • Provide high quality tools and templates that can be used or adapted for local comms, also develop and deliver internal communications training as required to build capabilities in the markets

Key skills and experience required  

  • Experience in planning, managing and delivering internal communications in a modern, fast paced communications team/department
  • Hands on experience of digital comms/intranet management experience
  • Speech/script writing/video production
  • Experience of leadership communications and interacting with senior leaders
