Catherine began developmental coaching after a successful career in corporate affairs, working on the Executive Committees of three FTSE 100 plcs.  Certified by Henley Business School as an executive coach she is a qualified practitioner in neurolinguistic programming (NLP) as well as in brain based coaching/neuroleadership and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
