Maria Darby-Walker

Maria has advised the Boards and senior executives of charities, publicly listed companies, partnerships and not for profit organisations on their leadership style and strategy, narrative and personal and corporate reputations for over 20 years. She recently trained as a coach and mentor blending a style of professional integrity and support with challenge and insights to the business world. Maria works with executives to enhance their career progression, helping them to obtain their medium to long term goals. Having served on several Boards as a Non-Executive Director, Maria understands the pressures of leading complex businesses and supports executives to deliver on their strategy, but in line with their corporate values and culture. She is passionate about supporting women in the workplace and currently mentors a number of women.
