Michelle Bayley

Career & Leadership Coach, joint Head of Communications

With 20 + years’ coaching experience, Michelle is a leadership coach who specialises in career development and transition, helping people to identify the roles that are the best fit for them.

Her background as a communications leader in Government departments and agencies, working with ministers and at board level, means she understands what it’s like to lead teams in complex, fast moving environments. She worked successfully as half of a job share for 18 years, and supports job sharers to form strong partnerships.

Michelle’s clients come from a range of sectors, from tech start-ups, to local government, construction and finance. They might be at any stage of their career and she has particular experience of partnering with women who are looking to gain promotion into senior leadership roles.

Non-directive in her approach, she provides the tools, questions and space which help her clients to create solutions and/or change their behaviour, on topics including: work life balance, evolving their leadership style, dealing with Imposter Syndrome, and managing change.

Trained and certified by the highly respected Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) she is also certified as a professional coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), coaching’s professional body, and trains other coaches in career coaching.
